I hope the Easter Bunny was good to you and brought you lots of treats!
In honour of Bunny Day – as my daughter used to call Easter when she was little – here’s a bunny postcard.
I bought this postcard from Toronto’s Gardiner Museum of ceramics a few years ago as it was my daughter’s favourite item in their collection.
The backside of the postcard offers the following details:
“Rabbit Tureen: England, London, Chelsea Factory, circa 1755-56, Glazed soft-paste porcelain, overglaze enamels.”
I hope your Easter Bunny is not made of porcelain but rather chocolate, carob, or carrots – whatever gets your taste buds going!
